Julie Cwik practices in the area of real estate law and corporate law. Her concentration lies within real estate law, with a focus of residential relocation, where she deals with the sale-side representation of relocation companies. Julie manages the destination program at the law firm, assisting relocation clients with attorney services on the purchase side. Through the destination program, Julie works with clients throughout the 50 States, reviewing purchase contracts, reviewing title and closing figures, and provides guidance and legal assistance with issues that may arise during the transaction.
As a Certified Relocation Professional and extensive experience in both the home sale side and home purchase side of real estate law, Julie is able to assist her clients with their individual legal needs. Julie has recently expanded her area of practice to corporate law. She has worked with clients to set up their corporation, including handling the corporate books and coordinating set up details with the state. Although her focus has been real estate law, she enjoys working in corporate law, where she can expand her legal assistance to her clients.
