Karen Weisshaar, Real Estate Services Manager at Morreale    Karen Weisshaar, Manager of Real Estate Services

Karen joined the law firm in 1977 and is currently the Manager of Real Estate Services at Morreale & Brady, P.C. In her 34 years at the law firm, she has held the positions of Receptionist, Closer, and Manager of the Equity Department.

Karen's current responsibilities range from coordinating closings and packages for in state and out of state closings, reviewing equities and titles, deed package preparation, assisting transferees with deed package questions, destination service assistance, and coordination of local buys and sells.  Her many years with the law firm and her depth of knowledge in real estate law, supported by continuing education classes and seminars over the years, have made Karen an essential member of Morreale & Brady.

Karen joined the law firm in September of 1988 and is currently the Settlement Coordinator in the Closing Department at Morreale & Brady, P.C.  Her responsibilities include preparing files for closing, preparing closing figures, preparing deed packages and assisting transferees with deed package questions. She also coordinates closings for clients throughout the U.S.

Karen has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Benedictine University She also earned her Certified Relocation Professional designation in 2001, giving her a broader knowledge in relocation and real estate. 






 

 

Jorie Gonzalez, Paralegal at Morreale & Brady, P.C.

    Jorie Gonzalez, Paralegal

Jorie joined the law firm in January of 2008 and is currently a Paralegal at Morreale & Brady.  Jorie provides assistance to the attorneys in estate planning services and the real estate closing department for various needs. 
 
She holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the College of DuPage and is currently working toward her B.S. in Human Services Management. 
  

Jorie spends much of her free time by contributing to others in her community. She is certified through the State of Illinois as a Medical Advocate and Hotline worker and volunteers through the YWCA.
